Speed, Agility and Quickness
August 25th - October 30th
The goal of this program is to increase explosive speed, improve agility, improve acceleration and deceleration techniques, improve footwork, increase strength and improve balance and coordination.

Essentials of Movement
September 8th - October 27th
The goal of this program is to learn fundamental movement skills with a focus on body control, footwork, running mechanics, balance and coordination.

Prevent Injury and Enhance Performance (PEP)
Fall Session - August 25th - October 30th
This program focuses on improving biomechanical techniques and consists of a 30 minute series of stretching, strengthening and specific agility exercises. Each session will require a player to attend both days listed with the session. If a player has a scheduling conflict they may attend another day and time as needed.
Session 1 - 4:30-5:00 Mondays and Wednesdays
Session 2 - 5:00-5:30 Mondays and Wednesdays
Session 3 - 5:30-6:00 Mondays and Wednesdays
Session 4 - 4:30-5:00 Tuesdays and Thursdays
Session 5 - 5:00-5:30 Tuesdays and Thursdays
Session 6 - 5:30-6:00 Tuesdays and Thursdays
The fee for each of the above programs is $155 for the fall season.
The above programs are for those who are registered for the Fall 2008 season in the Tophat Soccer Club. Please call 404-350-9201 if you interested in enrolling your child but are not a part of the Tophat program.
