The program consists of a 20-30 minute series of stretching, strengthening, plyometrics and sport specific agilities to address potential deficits in the strength and coordination of the stabilizing muscles around the knee joint. Players are required to participate at least two times weekly for 30 minutes before practice. This program has been featured in many publications including the New York Times and was recently featured on the ABC Nightly News.
